The Dine’/BUCON JV is recognized by the SBA as 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Business, Woman-Owned, and Minority-Owned (Native American).  When contracting with use, you get the large general contractor experience and financial backing with the small business credentials.

Bonding Capacity
We have an aggregate bonding capacity of $150 million, which can be expanded if necessary.  We can handle your largest 8(a) set-aside projects.

Reputation
Between Dine’ Construction and BlueScope Construction, we have satisfactorily completed over 500 design-build government projects ranging in contract size from under a million dollars to over $30 million.  We have had no government project terminated for cause, been assessed liquidated damages, or resulted in litigation.

Team Structure
With in-house steel erection and concrete crews, we often ‘self-perform’ up to a third of the work on our projects.  Because so much of our work is self-performed and not subject to multiple mark-ups, we can meet some of the tightest project budgets.

The Dine’/BUCOM JV is directly connected to BlueScope Buildings, the manufacturer of Butler Buildings.  Through BlueScope Construction, we are offer the manufacturer-direct pricing on you building structure and cladding systems, along with the manufacturer-direct responsibility for your building system warranties.
